The Hillage Sheikh Zayed

The Hillage is Madaar's residential community in West Cairo and its first development in Sheikh Zayed. It sits on naturally elevated land, and the changing levels of the site shape a community that feels connected, intimate and distinct. Homes, landscape, water features and shared spaces balance privacy and community, nature and city convenience, close to the city but away from its intensity.
