SUNRISE welcomes six new resorts in 2026

SUNRISE Resorts & Cruises has added six resorts to its portfolio in 2026: SUNRISE Azalea Aqua Park Resort, SUNRISE Serano Aqua Park Resort and SUNRISE Serano Club Resort in Hurghada, SUNRISE Makadi Boutique Resort -Grand Select- in Makadi Bay, SUNRISE Juman Beach Resort in Sahl Hasheesh and SUNRISE Rasani Beach Resort in Sharm El Sheikh.

Azalea is one of the largest resorts in the portfolio, with 569 rooms and suites, a 10-slide aqua park and kids' zone, swim-up rooms, themed restaurants and a 600 m² events space. Serano Aqua Park Resort is a beachfront resort for families and couples with its own 10-slide aqua park. Serano Club Resort is its club-style companion, with its own pools and bars, Club Family Suites and full access to all the facilities next door.

In Makadi Bay, the all-suite Makadi Boutique Resort joins the Grand Select collection. It has 104 suites, an intimate feel and full use of neighbouring SUNRISE Royal Makadi Resort, including its 18-slide aqua park. In Sahl Hasheesh, Juman Beach Resort's landscaped gardens lead down to 1,200 metres of uninterrupted Red Sea shoreline, with Greek, Italian and Egyptian dining and daily live entertainment.

In Sharm El Sheikh, Rasani Beach Resort is a small resort of 101 rooms and suites with direct access to some of the world's best diving and snorkelling reefs, 15 minutes from Naama Bay. Guests share the beach and facilities of neighbouring SUNRISE Remal Beach.

With these openings, SUNRISE Resorts & Cruises operates 29 resorts and 7 Nile cruises.
